  • Our design process begins with an initial (FREE) consultation with a Creative Consultant to understand your vision and goals. We then create concept designs for your approval. We then create a Scope fo Work document with colors and materials. Once the document is approved, we proceed with fabrication and installation, ensuring every detail aligns with your expectations.

  • The timeline for a project varies depending on its complexity and scale. On average, a large project can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months, including design, fabrication, and installation phases. We’ll provide a detailed timeline after the initial consultation.

  • We use a variety of high-quality materials, including foam, wood, steel structures and specialty paints for interior and exterior use. 

  • Yes, we offer comprehensive installation services. Our experienced team handles all aspects of installation to ensure that the themed space is brought to life exactly as envisioned.

    For smaller theming projects we can create props that are easy to install yourself or with the help of a local contractor.

  • Yes! All products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two years.

    All electronics supplied by SYC product partners have a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

  • We have extensive experience working with a variety of businesses, including theme parks, tourist attractions, museums, heritage displays, airpots, hospitals, dental offices, childcare centers, aquariums, zoos, malls, restaurants, churches, and libraries, both interiors and exteriors. Each project is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the client, ensuring that the themed space enhances the overall environment, no matter the business.

  • Costs are influenced by the complexity of the design, the size of the space, material choices, and the level of customization required. Additional factors include installation logistics and any special features or finishes you may want.

  • Our payment schedule typically involves an initial deposit to being concept sketches, usually based on a percentage of your budget. Subsequent payments tied to project milestones, such as design approval and the start of fabrication. The final payment is usually due upon project completion.
