Isaac, a boy suffering from cerebral palsy, had a special wish; he wanted a space-themed room. Isaac's wish manager from the Make-a-Wish Foundation got in touch with us to see if we could help make his dream into a reality.

In order to keep his airway open for breathing, Isaac has to sit at a slant in his wheelchair. Because of this, he only looks at the upper portion of his room, which made designing his theme unique.

Studio Y Creations was excited to help; creating a design that covered Isaac's whole room in murals, lights, and toys. Special attention was given to the ceiling and a mural was created that features Isaac and his siblings. Adding glow-in-the-dark stars and LED color-changing lights added a whole new dimension to the finished bedroom.

Throughout the room are hidden chambers, surprises, and even a custom-made alien in a cryotube!

The owners of Studio Y Creations were honoured to join in on the unloading and installation of the room. It gave us a chance to meet Isaac and his family. Seeing the smile on Isaac's face when he saw his new space-themed room for the first time, and a special reward all in itself.
